The Role:

Develop and manage the execution of preventive maintenance and TPM activities, coordinate resources and make sure to implement the norms, politics and established procedures related to maintenance to assure adequate function of machinery, equipment, and facilities making according with SHE, support activities procuring Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement. 

Responsible to control and administrate the maintenance budget and capital investment focusing on business continuity, operational availability, quality and safety, equipment retrofit, and for the plant environment (ground, top roof, etc. being in good situation). 

1. Manage and coordinate activities of the maintenance department and its capital investment. Including support to Continuous Improvement, SHE, Production corrective maintenance, Environmental & Preventive support activities 
2. Needs to maintain the facility according to the lease owner contract. 
3. Extend the availability of the equipment into the budget. 
4. Supervise, manage and evaluate all the maintenance workers in the area making analysis and recommendations to improve the preventive actions and diminish corrective ones. 
5. Optimize maintenance processes of the machines and equipment, utilizing techniques that contribute the operation improvement. 
6. Determine root cause for failures of equipment or machines and develop effective, yet efficient containment and corrective actions. 
7. Write eloquent justifications for CAPEX involving equipment as required for production and supporting SHE manager requested CAPEX to improve personnel safety according SHE standards.   
8. Manage, supervise and coordinate the activities of preventive maintenance and TPM programs in the company, compile and analyze the activities done to make them more efficient and productive.    
9. Keep an up to date data base of the system of corrective maintenance (Submitted by requester), preventive maintenance and TPM (scheduled). 
10. Gives Support to external lightning, perimeter fence, CCTV and facilities maintenance needed to ensure building security. 
11. Setup the maintenance schedule and monitor the action record of the equipment in TPM database.  
12. Support triple certification ISO 9000, 14000 and 45000 

Education/Experience desired: 

• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic or Manufacturing Engineering; specialized master's degree is desirable... 
• At least 5 years of work experience in Maintenance with a demonstrated track-record of accomplishments satisfying customers in technology-driven companies.  
• Supervisory/administrative experience. 
• Control, Automation, HVAC, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, welding or similar Certification is highly desirable. 

Specific knowledge/Skills: 

• The holder of the job should base his criteria and thinking in experience, operation manuals, maintenance manuals, routines and operation manuals of every equipment in the company, and occasionally use external qualified personnel.  
• Team work attitude group the maintenance team and works to achieve group goal. 
• Requires excellent interpersonal skills and communications. Ability to mentor and train personnel. 
• Ability of effectively communicate with all level in company. 
• Solving the technical problem and training the maintenance workforce. 
• Computer proficiency in Pc's, PLC, maintenance software, AutoCAD and MS Office. 

Work environment: 

• Moderate to high risks, or discomforts requiring safety precautions, working with machines in production facilities, handling of hazardous testing and sanitation chemicals. Protective clothing or gear such as goggles, gloves and shoes must be required.
