+ 5 years of experience as Windows system administrator and Azure cloud services

Experience in Implementation projects, platform migration and upgrades between the different Windows versions and cloud migrations

Planning, installation, administration, support and maintenance

Analysis and troubleshooting of performance issues

Experience patching

Willing to cover the oncall role during non-business hours including weekends

Experience in triage to support current production

Experience with VMs

AD Management

Server Provisioning

Citrix Administration

Advance troubleshooting

SQL Clustering Creation

SCCM Management 

AKS clusters (Azure Kubernetes Service)  

Vmware

Respond to incoming questions in a timely manner, track 100% of all customer contacts, research questions and issues and resolve each interaction with customer satisfaction.  

· Escalate problems to Level-3 support personnel when appropriate via proper escalation procedures

Become well versed with common problem inquiries and be able to provide immediate solutions.

· Work on special projects on as needed basis.

· Plan and implement new releases and rollouts.
