Position Purpose:


Join the Colgate-Palmolive team as a Compensation Specialist and become a key player in managing and optimizing our compensation processes. In this role, you will ensure that either our salary or bonus, programs are executed flawlessly, supporting the HR data that underpins these critical processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in researching solutions to HR customer transactional requests, reviewing HR transactional data, and delivering insightful reports to our client groups. Additionally, you will uphold our commitment to compliance and regulatory reporting.


Let's Talk About Main Responsibilities:



  • Champion the timely execution of annual Salary, Bonus, or Equity processes, prioritizing client experience and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).


  • Process and document compensation data changes within HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.


  • Conduct thorough audits of completed transactions and execute compliance-related activities with precision.


  • Generate ad hoc reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.


  • Engage in compensation administration activities, aligning with HR Operations policies to deliver exceptional client support.


  • Investigate and resolve complex compensation issues, providing reliable analysis and solutions.


  • Collaborate with Compensation Communities of HR Expertise (COHRE) to model incentive plans and oversee the approval process.


  • Assess and manage annual salary adjustments, market increases, and structural changes to align with company guidelines.


  • Prepare and validate comprehensive reports for Compensation COHRE throughout the review and approval process.


  • Support the implementation and management of HR technologies, such as SAP and SuccessFactors, to enhance operational efficiency.


  • Take ownership of the Compensation Surveys submission process, contributing to industry benchmarking.



What You Need for This Position:


  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation, with bonus experience being a plus.
  • Compensation certification is preferred, showcasing your commitment to the field.
  • Intermediate / advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules and SAP is highly desirable.
