Customer Service (Night Shift)

Job description:

Provide customer service support to the organization by verifying the accuracy of purchase order information and processing the order. As a customer advocate you will continually improve the level of customer satisfaction and are responsible for driving customer loyalty for the business through exceptional service, purchase support and order entry.

Description:

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Receives, processes, and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organizations internal and customer purchase orders.
• Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer care's departmental team.
• The team's objectives are to develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency, quality, and responsiveness of the customer care department as a whole

Education:

Engineering degree

Work experience:

Experience at least 3 years in automotive industry

Follow up and management of different customers at the same time

Skills:

English advanced, both verbal and written and communication ability
