We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in Querétaro, Querétaro (México). Who will be the first interface to customer to provide a world class customer service to both existing and prospective customers.
- Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, suggestions and complaints.
- Responsible for handling customer telephone queries, aiming to clarify, orient and direct detected problems toward a solution.
- Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email, consistent with service and quality standards
- Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications, initiates maintenance and termination of accounts.
- Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints.
- Background, experiences and knowledge of the preferred candidate
Technical requirements
- Fluent or advanced in English B2-C1
- Knowledge of Excel intermediate / advanced user level
- Excellent interpersonal communication, reading comprehension, attention to details and rigorous execution
- Capacity to work under pressure and critical thinking ability
- Complex problem solving skills
- Good communicator
- Positive attitude, competitive, confident personality with strongly developed personal skills and a customer-focused orientation.
- Project management skills would be a strong asset, even at a basic level.
- Previous knowledge of ERP systems or CRM
- Experience in admin support or CS roles in global companies.
