Basic responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment of new staff, including new employee training.
- Identify requirements and solutions of the business organization in the HR processes.
- Effective operation of recruitment process.
- Build organizations and talent teams that match business development.
- Adapt and optimize JD, and recruitment process.
- Correctly understand corporate HR policies and enable managers and employees to improve their team management capabilities.
- Effectively pass on the company's core values and organizational culture and build a high-performing organizational climate that is proactive.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 2 years of job experience related to Human Resources in high level corporate teams.
- Experience in HR modules such as: Recruitment/L&D
- Advance English
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication and skills
- Good learning ability, proactive and patient
English and Spanish are mandatory.
Working Location: Polanco, Ciudad de México.
