Basic responsibilities:

• Responsible for the recruitment of new staff, including new employee training.
• Identify requirements and solutions of the business organization in the HR processes.
• Effective operation of recruitment process.
• Build organizations and talent teams that match business development.
• Adapt and optimize JD, and recruitment process.
• Correctly understand corporate HR policies and enable managers and employees to improve their team management capabilities.
• Effectively pass on the company's core values and organizational culture and build a high-performing organizational climate that is proactive.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 2 years of job experience related to Human Resources in high level corporate teams.
• Experience in HR modules such as: Recruitment/L&D
• Advance English
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication and skills
• Good learning ability, proactive and patient

English and Spanish are mandatory.

Working Location: Polanco, Ciudad de México.
