As a Corporate Organizational Development Leader you will be responsible for defining tactical strategies to drive the implementation and execution of key talent development initiatives within the organization, including managing the Performance Management system, Succession and Talent Planning, Leadership Programs, and 360° feedback processes. Along with the organizational development plan.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation and administration of the Performance Management system, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that performance evaluations include continuous feedback and feedforward discussions development goals.
  • Lead the implementation and administration of the 9-box grid talent identification system across the organization.
  • Work with HR Country Managers and departmental leaders to identify and evaluate employees based on performance and potential.
  • Analyze talent data and provide insights to inform talent planning and development efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive succession planning process for key roles across the organization.
  • Coordinate and facilitate 360° feedback processes, providing guidance and support to HR Managers.
  • Implement and Operate the Individual Development Plans System and process, guidance the HR Managers, Leaders and Employees.
  • Create and administer career planning initiatives to support employees in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
  • Offer guidance and support to employees and managers in the creation and execution of IDPs and career plans.
  • Deploy various development programs companywide, including Coaching, Mentoring, Job rotations globally, among others.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track talent metrics, such as performance ratings, potential assessments, and succession readiness.
  • Support the design and development of the Leadership School´s programs.
  • Support the HR Managers and employees on the Success Factors HRIS requests.
  • Generate reports and dashboards of the talent planning process.


Job's requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Business level fluency in English.
  • 6+ years of experience in HR positions with primarily focused on Organizational Development.
  • Experience managing Performance Management, Talent Assessments, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Engagement Survey processes.
  • Previous experience with Success Factors HRIS is desired.
  • Great teamwork skills.
