We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our in-house team and contribute to our discovery planning and strategy efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, particularly within a California jurisdiction, and possess expertise in discovery preparation and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with legal team to develop and execute effective discovery plans tailored to each case's unique circumstances
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key evidence and strategic opportunities
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions
• Coordinate with external parties, including opposing counsel and expert witnesses, to facilitate discovery processes
• Utilize case management software to organize and manage case-related documents and information
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members on discovery-related matters

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on discovery preparation and strategy
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing case management software
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
