The Site IT Support provides Infrastructure support to end-users at the locations. They work with centralized IT teams to provide new solutions and support the existing standards Responsible for providing daily technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users
• Maintain and Troubleshoot a range of user problems including PC hardware/software/LAN and voice network

Qualifications

• Live in San Juan del Rio, Queretaro - NO NEGOTIABLE
• English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization.
• Drive license.
