Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Address customer queries promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Process and manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and track order status, communicating updates to customers as needed.
- Address any issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or inventory shortages.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service / order processing
- SAP experience
- ADVANCED ENGLISH
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
