Descripción
We are looking for a motivated candidate to join us as: Customer Support Engineer
Location: El Marqués, QRO.
Responsibilities:
-Handling customer service requests from Latin America products.
-Take first corrective actions to isolate and neutralize reported incidents and if necessary escalate to next technical level support.
-Performing network upgrades/ updates.
-Provide detailed information on how to set up, configure or upgrade Core Network products and their features.
-Use trouble ticketing system for tracking customer interactions and fault analysis.
Requirements:
-Core Network CS MSC/MGW/Billing system/2G/3G/3.5G/Call flow/ O&M system/ System troubleshooting.
-Core Network PS SGSN/GGSN/MME/SPGW/CG/3G/4G/ VoLTE/ Service flow.
-Core Network IMS and NGN Soft with/MGW/SBC/ IMS/NGN/Billing system/ Call flow.
- Core Network USC HLR/HSS/EIR/PCRF/AAA/O&M system/System troubleshooting (alarms, performance and so on).
Skills:
-Fluent English, conversation and writing.
-Strong working relationships with other teams.
-Quick learning technical and procedural topics.
