Job Description

Your Partner In Fire Safety For 65 Years. BRK and First Alert are now part of the Resideo family, helping to deliver global solutions for energy management, home comfort, security, and safety.

You will be responsible for the assigned projects, through adequate planning, carrying out and coordinating the necessary activities to ensure the established results. Supports human resources activities in different areas.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Manages the employment relationships of shift employees in accordance with company policy and related laws/regulations.
  • Prepares and maintains updated Job Descriptions and Organization Charts.
  • Provides services required by assigned employees. (Badge, letters, etc.).
  • Prepares and maintains updated reports
  • Prepare, send and follow up on employee registrations and dismissals.
  • Provides support in preparing payroll for staff.
  • Captures data related to the employee in the HR system.
  • Carry out the process of Recruitment, Selection and Hiring of operational, indirect and administrative personnel.
  • He is responsible for the promotion process of operational, indirect and administrative personnel.
  • He is responsible for managing the company's internal communication program.
  • Ensures that all personnel records are maintained and updated in accordance with company policy and legal requirements, including Infonavit/FONACOT credit information.
  • Ensures the implementation of the company's benefits program in compliance with policies and annual budget, including all planned activities for employees, services such as cafeteria, transportation, etc.
  • Prepares and participates in special/motivational events for employees.
  • Actively participates in the 6S Program, which is a critical business objective, ensuring compliance with the program's regulations and carrying out the activities required of him or her as an Auditor, Coordinator, Leader or member of the Committee.
  • Develops other activities assigned by management to support the company's operations.


YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years of similar experience
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Labor Relations.
  • Advanced English communication skills (writing, listening and speaking)
  • Time availability for the third shift
  • Availability to work with a fixed-term contract
