Estrategia Humana, a leading recruitment agency specializing in talent selection for organizations, is seeking a highly organized and skilled Logistics Manager to join. As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all logistics activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement. Implement and manage import/export processes, including supplier selection and negotiation, and shipment planning and execution. Direct, optimize, and coordinate the entire cycle from factory collection to delivery at client distribution centers. Serve as the liaison and negotiate with suppliers (Customs Brokers, forwarders, and manufacturers) for China, USA, and Latin America. Supervise quality tracking, quantity, delivery times, transportation costs, and efficiency. Ensure clear communication and constant updates for each work order with internal departments, forwarders, and Customs Brokers. Establish metrics and analyze data to evaluate performance and implement improvements. Maintain accurate records of all import/export documentation, including invoices, claims, refunds, bills of lading, packing lists, and other shipping documents. Ensure compliance with specific regulations and laws of each country. Requirements Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role In-depth knowledge of logistics principles and best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and negotiation skills Proficient in using logistics software and tools Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Join our team and play a key role in optimizing our logistics operations to ensure the efficient delivery of products to our clients while maintaining compliance with regulations and minimizing costs.
