Main responsibilities:?

·  Organize and maintain project documents, including plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes. Ensures that all team members have access to up-to-date project information.

·  Create the comprehensive management plan for each project including scope, schedule, budget, quality standards and performance metrics, ensuring that all aspects are aligned with stakeholder expectations.

·  Evaluate potential risks and develop contingency plans to proactively address them.

·  Oversee project budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and cost-saving measures.

·  Manage project documentation, ensuring that all documents are properly organized, version controlled and accessible to the team.

·  Compile status reports on a regular basis that include updates on tasks, resource utilization, budget and schedules.

·  Prepare and submit project status reports, providing updates on progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.

·  Maintain project documentation, including technical engineering documents, contracts, purchase orders, and project communications.

·  Apply best practices and innovative strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

·  Lead the commissioning of assigned CAPEX projects.

·  Budget management and administration

·  Direct supervision of assigned projects to ensure proper communication and execution of planned work.

·  Gather accurate and regular information on budget execution by project.

·  Document and report modifications, deviations and exceptions in a timely manner.

·  Generate consolidated reports by vendor, line item or project on a periodic basis. Make recommendations or conclusions based on this information

·  Maintain communication with suppliers, make agreements and conciliations with them, follow up on the action plans derived from these meetings.
