RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for developing Measurement gauge ss and device specifications related to new launches.
- Responsible for providing input to Project Manager regarding the cost of measuring gages needed for the new launches.
- Responsible for leading Gage R&R studies and preparation at vendor location and when the gage arrives.
- Responsible for following up Gage construction on time per the timing set with the Program Manager
- Responsible for leading dimensional issues and drive solutions using problem solving techniques.
- Performs Analysis and conclusions based on statistics data from the dimensional perspective.
- Responsible for tracking during launch phase dimensional maturity of all make components, sub-components, and final assembly
- Led dimensional discussions with internal and external customers during launch phase.
- Supports dimensional data collection during project launch.
- Evaluate dimensional reports and dimensional methods for Tool Makers before the tool transfer
