We´re looking for Service Desk (IT Tech Support)
Requirements:
- English level: advanced (verbal communication)
- Experience: if you have worked in a contact center it will be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent degree) from an accredited university in Information Technology or another relevant field desirable
- Schedule availability (24/7 shift rotation, 5-day shift)
