·        Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Similar.

·        Black Belt Certified

·        Domain and knowledge of the Core Tools, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FEMAS and Control Plan. 

·        Experience in similar position in automotive industry OE.

·        Administration of work teams.

·        Extensive knowledges in Qualities Systems as IATF, TS-16949, ISO 9001.

·        Knowledge in Aluminum Brazing Process.

·        Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/Spanish)

·        Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma Principles.

·        Extensive experience in launching of new models and products.

·        Availability to travel at Abroad.

·        Problem solving and Focus in results.

·        Good communications skills.
