YOUR TASKSPlanning, controlling and monitoring of all maintenance related activities regarding production equipment at the location to achieve the relevant KPIs (e.g. technical availability, preventive maintenance according to HELLA regulations) and targets.
Execute technical availability improvement, FPY improvement and cost improvement.
Maintenance tasks
Timely technical support on trouble shooting with complex malfunction.
Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate measures to optimize maintenance, servicing and repair.
work (cycles, materials, expenditure)
Release the equipment preventative maintenance instruction.
Ensure that maintenance is done accordingly to the needs of the location regarding know-how,
availability, shifts and spare parts.
Define and initiate the procurement of spare parts (quantity and quality) to ensure resource availability,
setup, maintain the spare part management within the location

YOUR QUALIFICATIONSSiemens and Mitsubishi PLC programming
Ensure that maintenance is done accordingly to the needs of the location regarding know-how, availability, shifts and spare parts
Analyzing and diagnosing faults with the aid of diagnosis systems, and specification of malfunction on
complex operating equipment
Experience of more than 2 up to 3 years
