MUST HAVE VISA- This position is in Duncan Ohio; we are looking for candidates in MEXICO that can move to the US.

• QC mgr to become Sr. QC Manager in 6 to 12 months; 
• Current challenges . being subject to a significant transformation in quality and many challenges since the environment is not the easiest. 
• Review the quality approach to restore broken process and improve performance. Someone with quality background and experience.  
• They need someone that has good attitude – hands on attitude. Should be coach and player at the same time. Not only a leader to assign tasks; a leader that leads by example. 
• A lot of things in a pragmatic way and in every execution
• Right balance between experience to lead and execute on the floor.
• Not to much seniority that he does not want to be hands on; because we need someone hands on.

• Quality Auditors

Skills

Automotive; language English 100%; Spanish; someone for at least 3 – 4 yrs assignment open to being there more. Stability and one year to take over regional position.
