We are looking for:

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the highest level of product quality through the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsabilities

• Ensure, implement and monitoring customer requirements.
• Supervise quality operation in product processes.
• Ensure the implementation of quality in all critical areas.
• Monitoring and implementation of corrective actions as well as preventive actions.
• Contribute to the reduction of customer claims.
• Support in the release of machinery startup.
• Support in the creation of quality standards and the necessary updates for continuous improvement; as well as all the necessary controls and standards in order to guarantee quality throughout the organization.
• Support to develop and implement the Quality Management System.
• Developing plans and tools that are used to implement or support global quality systems or related process (APQP, PPAP, quality certifications, etc.).
• Support and integrated 5S/Lean Manufacturing Practices with quality certification system through standardization and documentation.
• Review the standards and manuals of each customer.
• Customer scorecard interpretation and knowledge. Give follow-up to corrective actions.
• Control Plan
• Help in the realization of internal auditories (LPA)
• Statistic processes control, meditions and G R & R methods realization
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and reduce defects.

Bachelor´s Degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanic, Industrial Engineering or any related field.

At least 03 year of experience in similar positions in the T1 automotive industry

English advanced

Core Tools, PPAP, GD & T, Warranty claims knowledge and management

Analytical, communicational, and leadership skills
