The Role:


We are looking for a Web Designer and Content Production Lead to join our digital paid media agency. As a key member of our growing team, you will report to the Co-Founders and will have a direct impact on the growth and success of this online advertising agency serving mostly US-based clients in various industries and categories.


Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the UX design, strategy, and execution for our and client websites to deliver improvements in signup rates, sales, and general growth.
  • Manage multiple web design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Create wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate the current or future user experience.
  • Design high-converting web pages, landing pages, image ads, and videos.
  • Own the implementation of the design system in Figma and partner with the development teams to ensure implementation in visual CMS.
  • Leverage and contribute to existing branding guidelines.
  • Analyze and understand user research, interviews, and drive design thinking workshops to understand customer needs, mental models, and working contexts.
  • Create and/or manage the production of video ads - including short-form reels on TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.


Required Skills and Experience


FLUENT ENGLISH NEEDED (100% day to day comunication in english with teammates and clients)


  • 3-5 years of experience as a web designer, UX lead, or similar.
  • Advanced/Bilingual English proficiency.
  • Thought leadership with strong knowledge of UX processes, tools, storytelling, and best practices to apply to various kinds of products.
  • Extensive experience with standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
  • Knowledgeable in mobile web, desktop web, and native design nuances.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Video Production: Edit and produce a range of video content, from short clips to longer-form videos, using tools like Cap Cut and other advanced editing software.
  • Ability to conceptualize, script, and shoot engaging short-form content for TikTok, IG, and YouTube.


Optional Experience


  • Experience working with WYSIWYG website builders (Webflow, Builder io , etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and how they are used to make responsive websites.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
