About Client:
The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.

Rate Range: $30-$35/Hr

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Hazard communications (80%) and chemical regulatory specialist (20%)
• Years of experience needed -4-5 years [Relevant]

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge on chemicals
• Safety datasheets Interpretation
• Chemical regulations
• Tools:
• MS Office, Good knowledge of MS Excel, 3E Generate, SharePoint , MS Teams, Power BI
• Project Management Knowledge - Deadlines, follow-ups, meeting expectations

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather information from material testing, databases, and toxicologist to determine Hazard communications requirements.
• Access and update the EMA (3E Generate) database.
• Publication of SDS's (Safety Datasheets)
• Ensure the SDS's are posted on Client.com.
• Assure compliance and consistency of the SDS's.
• Work with the Regulatory Managers to make sure our products are in compliance with the AMS (The Americas - Canada, US, Mexico, Argentina) Chemicals regulations.
• Support the volume reporting requirements for AMS countries.
• Review label artwork
• Advice custom brokers if a part number flags for TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) certification prior import.
• Support SDS's mass requests.
• Support audits / inspections where labels and SDS's are revised.
• Update the content (caution statements) of the labeling matrices.
• Host weekly Hazard Communication team meetings.
• Run and analyze EMA-TERA tool within Power BI quality information reports and take corrective actions if needed.
• Gather the required information to open PO (Purchase Orders) for labels/packaging projects.
• Work and communicate with people around the globe. (India/Spain/Great Britain)
