Profile and main responsabilities:

-Bachelor's Degree preferred in the following subject areas: Psychology, Business Administration, Communication or related.

-4+ years of experience in Human Resources area.

-Experience Recruiting talent for the United States.

-Experience with Talent Attraction for the Aerospace Sector.

-Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting channels.

-End-to-end recruitment processes for US.

-Advising on sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

-Fluent written and spoken English.
