The Role

Sinclair is now looking for a HEAD OF LATAM DISTRIBUTORS to lead, develop, and implement the strategy, business processes, and systems for the distributor's business (injectables & EBD) in the LATAM region.

The HEAD OF LATAM DISTRIBUTORS will lead the sales team to drive the business of the distributors of Sinclair's products and to ensure they are representing Sinclair's brands appropriately and the sales targets and EBITDA targets are met.

Description
Your Skills & Experience - Do You Have What it Takes?

Essential:

University Degree.
More than 5 years of commercial experience in the Aesthetics market.
Leadership experience.
Excellent computer skills particularly Excel.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Advanced Spanish.

Desirable:

Experience of working with LATAM distributors.
Planning skills.
Negotiation skills.
Marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and grow the sales of the Distributors in LATAM.
Achieve growth and hit Budget (Revenue, Gross Margin, and EBITDA) by successfully managing the LATAM Distributors.
Budget preparation for LATAM Distributors.
Manage stock levels, timely cash collection, and data provision from the Distributors.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Lead and develop the LATAM Distributors team with good recruitment, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team that are accurate and on time.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Identify opportunities for Sinclair products with current and new Distributors in LATAM.
Support Distributors to represent Sinclair's products in an ethical and compliant manner.
