IS Project Manager

The IS Project Manager is in charge of the global Information Systems team, strengthening it and providing assistance in Ramos Arizpe, and ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with ABB Information Systems Enterprise Architecture and the ABB Information Systems Guidelines and Directive. In this role you will head up a team building and providing specific Information Systems solutions and services, while promoting global business needs and helping to solve challenging topics.

Your responsibilities

• Providing assistance in internal and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems service build or Information Systems service delivery.
• Helping to specify costs and schedules and delivering Information Systems activities within the assigned budget.
• Assisting in resolving major incidents and critical situations, providing input and expertise to solutions when there is a major impact on Information Systems solutions/services.
• Driving customer service to ensure satisfaction with Information Systems services, closing any gaps, and influencing stakeholder perceptions of Information Systems services.
• Overseeing the delivery of Information Systems solutions and services by internal team members and external service suppliers in a "core and flex model".
• Working with HR management to ensure the properly organization, staffed and skilled.
• Guiding, motivating, and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies.
• 5 - 7 years of experience leading projects.
• Resources administration.
• Knowledge of ERP ECC.
• Availability to travel.
• Certification in methodology of project following.
• Advanced English level.
