What do you get to do in this position?

• Responsible for material replenishment (Finished goods) coming from Import flows.
• Use MRP (right balance of Resource Vs Demand) to ensure stock availability on time at right place.
• Convert Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders through ERP system in a daily basis.
• Action on MRP Exceptions messages and work with suppliers to notify / expedite deliveries.
• Manage & solve customer needs coming from Customer Care Center (CCC) through Complaint Requests (CR's).
• Manage backorder portfolio (# of Lines & Amount) by securing the availability of product.
• Close collaboration with MX Business (marketing strategies, new/ongoing projects, new launches, etc)
• Close collaboration with North America SIOP (forecast deviations, inventory parameters, recovery plans).
