Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting screening interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts with managers. Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves of absence, compensation, and resolving any issues that may arise. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and keep abreast of changes in local employment laws. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. Participate in HR projects. Support processing payroll incidents. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of HR experience. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources/administrative position. Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices. Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems. Ability to handle data with confidentiality. Good understanding of labor legislation particularly regarding employment contracts, employee leaves, benefits administration, etc., specific to Mexico. Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in problem-solving desire to work as part of a team. Strong communication abilities, Proficiency in MS Office Proficiency in English preferred.
