QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Job Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in procurement field. Prior experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment, is highly beneficial. Experience in supporting new product introductions or working closely with product development teams is advantageous. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation. Knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management. Ability to analyze data, assess costs, and make informed decisions based on financial and market analysis. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders effectively. Capability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Being meticulous in evaluating supplier capabilities, assessing quality, and ensuring compliance. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Procurement, or a related field is beneficial.
