The Launch Quality Engineerr role is to support Automotive IT Core team in the development of new products for Premium OEMs. The main responsabilities are: • Establish and maintain successful Customer relationship on Quality matters • Responsible for quality of delivered products and services to the Customer • Initiate and monitor the Program Risk Assessment through FMEA methodology. • Ensure effective root cause analysis and corrective actions • Implement the quality management plan and ensure a regular follow-up to achieve these quality objectives throughout the program phases • Work with ASQ to cascade these quality objectives to the internal and external suppliers • Lead the development and production process for measurement, checking and testing fixtures and gauges (MSA studies, Capabilities, Gage R&R) • In a collaboration with Program Development Leader and Industrial Program Engineer (at minimum) develops the required APQP elements of Special Characteristics, D/P-FMEA, and control plan until PPAP • Is responsible for conformity, perceived quality and traceability of any parts delivered to the customer for prototype phase, first off tool, and preproduction • Prepare the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) files for submission of the initial samples, including customer process audit • Report as needed the progress of his activity to Program Manager and TCS Director • Ensure the use of the appropriate methods and quality standards (PMS, specific Customer program development system, international regulations, etc) • Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction • Capitalizes on knowledge and shares best practices / lessons learned across organization and within the site This job might be for you if you have: Knowledge of automotive quality standards and methods (ISO-9001, IATF-16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, etc.) Knowledge of: OEM specific quality requirements Company's products and technologies Skilled in Six Sigma Advanced skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Autonomy and Leadership mindset Capability to build and manage network Best practice sharing and improvement mindset Project Management Methodology Production System efficiency knowledge Process and Product knowledge Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills Understand the group functional organization Proficient level of English Requirements Between 1 to 5 years of experience as : Launch Engineer/Quality Engineer/Program Engineer/Industrial Engineer Benefits Ofrecemos • Sueldo base • Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores (incluye plan dental y visión) • 15 días de aguinaldo • 25% de prima vacacional • 12 días de vacaciones (A partir del primer año) • Seguro social • PTU/Reparto de utilidades • Vales de despensa quincenales
