We're looking for a motivated and driven Finance Lead (f/m/d) to join our team. The Finance Lead will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws, and providing financial advice to the senior management team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, accounting, taxes, budgeting, and financial reporting. Your Tasks – Paint the world green Develop financial strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements in a timely and accurate manner Manage cash flow and ensure the company has adequate funds to meet its obligations Manage Flix local banking needs, execute partner payments and settlements Analyse financial data and provide financial advice to the senior management team Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial policies and procedures Manage the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Coordinate and manage local consultants or advisers in accounting, taxes, corporate matters Implement, manage and operate financial systems and processes in Mexico (ie Oracle) Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders Work with local team and Global Finance team to accomplish all financial needs Your Profile – Ready to hop on board Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and laws in Mexico Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong technical fluency in relevant Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CA preferred Significant practical experience in project management and proven track record of taking ownership and successfully driving projects Strong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to work efficiently with people in different functions of the company You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with dynamically changing tasks and priorities Our Perks – More than just a job You have an impact.
