-         5 years of experience in logistics, operations, and supply chain

Activities:

-         Manage inventory control measures, conduct regular counts and audits, and collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

-         Ensure operational excellence by implementing best practices, strategies, and procedures to optimize warehouse operations.

-         Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) in areas such as Inward, Outward, Returns, Inventory, and Customer Service operations.

-         Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures to maintain consistency, quality, and compliance.

-         Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational requirements.

-         Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancements, and implement initiatives accordingly.

-         Proactively address and handle escalations to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations.

-         Uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance in warehouse operations, prioritizing staff well-being and legal requirements.

-         Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and improvements.
