HR Business Partner (HRBP)


?Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Impro Industries Mexico plays a pivotal role in implementing human resources strategies and programs aligned with the organization's objectives. The primary objective is to collaborate closely with leaders and management teams to ensure a positive and productive work environment, as well as support talent growth and development within the company.


Responsibilities:

1.   Collaborate with organizational leaders to understand business needs and develop and implement effective human resources solutions that drive organizational success.

2.   Provide guidance and support in areas such as recruitment, selection, retention, talent development, performance evaluation, and change management.

3.   Facilitate leadership development and training programs for employees and leaders, ensuring professional growth and continuous development of staff.

4.   Manage and effectively resolve conflicts and labor relations issues, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

5.   Collaborate in reviewing and updating human resources policies, procedures, and practices to ensure legal compliance and industry best practices.

6.   Collect and analyze human resources-related data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and areas of concern, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.

7.   Participate in special human resources projects, such as post-merger integrations, organizational change initiatives, and expansion projects.


Requirements:

1.   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

2.   Previous experience of at least 5 years in human resources roles, with a focus on HRBP functions.

3.   Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both orally and in writing, to effectively interact with global teams.

4.   Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to make informed decisions.

5.   Solid knowledge of Mexican labor laws and local human resources practices.

6.   Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.

7.   Additional certifications in human resources are advantageous.
