About the position

We are looking for a methodical Senior Data Analytics Specialist to recollect and survey statistical data to support internal and external customers during their decision-making process regarding the main sales KPIs: forecast, sell-in, sell-out, and prices. This Sr. Specialist needs to be able to create reports, automatize information, and analyze autonomously qualitative and quantitative data, trends, strategies, and competition reaching for better decision-making.

This position will provide information that helps the company to make informed decisions about its products with an eye on potential sales trends. It will also oversee the migration of all sales KPIs to BI Platforms such as: Oracle Analytics (OACS), Power BI, Tableau…, etc.


Responsibilities

·      Collect data on customers and consolidate information to transform it into actionable reports and presentations.

·      Understand business objectives and design reports according to the needs of the sales area for better decision-making, analysis, and research. Creating, developing, and executing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

·      Query automation and programming. Generate automation processes and the implementation of new analytic tools inside the company such as OACS and Power Bi.

·      Compile and analyze statistical data. Analyze data pools and generate reports.

·      Extract, process, and group data to create & formulate reports. Provide with relevant insights to the company based on the information obtained.

·      Convert data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.


Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, math, sales or a related field.

·      +4 years of experience in similar roles, automating reports and analyzing data

·      Fluent English is a must.

·      Advanced Excel level (macros, querys & power pivot, SQL & dashboards).

·      Understanding of Power Bi, Tableau, Spyder, Python & OACS are desirable.

·      Advanced knowledge of statistical packages, databases and Excel.
