Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for all the accounting matters ( review journal entries – A/P, A/R, etc)
· Prepare accurate and timely monthly Financial and Management reports
· Support with the preparation of Financial statements analytics
· Assist in ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance for accounting standards, company policies and tax requirements
· Reconcile any discrepancies arising between systems and finance records, proactively seeking solution to identify and minimize the differences
· Help to prepare monthly payments
· Help Finance Manager with the Monthly Forecast analysis and preparation of annual budget
· Collaborate with Finance Team in US to ensure local practices are in accordance with Wurth policies and local regulations
· Proved support on Mexico Tax matters
· Support and involve in process improvements or implementing new projects on an on-going basis
· Support in Payroll calculation and Social Security taxes
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
· Assist and Support Finance Manager in different task
Academic background and Work Experience
· Minimum of 6 to 10 years of working experience in accounting and Tax
· Degree in Accounting with strong Tax and Finance knowledge
· Experience with Social Security and Payroll items
Key Competencies Required
· Familiar with IFRS
· Experience with process improvement
· Fluent English
