Supply Planner

MISSION: 

Ensure the adequate supply of finished product, accessories and spare parts in time, by effectively planning requirements ensuring the availability of products for sale, required in a timely and correct manner, while coordinating with suppliers for inventory management with the minimum possible logistical cost.

PURPOSES OF THE JOB:

·       Coordinate the new products introduction and generate purchases of new products in APO/B1 and looking for the best dates with the supplier so that the commercial team has the products on time.

·       Maintain inventory levels based on future customer demands execution of MRP (update every week to determine, additional purchase or decreases)

·       Update and monitor the APO & DRP parameters (safety days, MRP type, Status) on a weekly basis, based on Stock policy and strategy in order to meet DOH at EOY.

·       Check and follow up with suppliers new demand requirements from Commercial team and give feedback on best ETD to have alignment between all areas (demand, sales, marketing, supply)

·       Weekly monitor DRP and provide feedback to suppliers when plan and confirmations are not aligned with requirements.

·       Identify risks of stockouts in the near future and review alternatives and improvements with suppliers.

·       Create and track purchase orders to suppliers and ensure dispatch is met on the agreed ETD and follow up if any delays are imminent.

·       Work in coordination with the Imports area to ensure timely transportation programming for each

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Education

• Industrial Engineering or Administrative Degree

Experience

•   3+ years experience in Supply Chain Planning & Production Planning.

Skills/Knowledge

·       Negotiation

·       Customer Focus

·       Analytical

·       Decision making

·       SAP Knowledge of MPS and MRP or DRP; Safety stocks.

·       SAP APO experience

·       English at 80% a must
