Responsibilities:

1. Customs Balance Ledger Processing

A. Pass over the managment requirements of the customs policy, and assist management to formulate internal procedures, records and hardware facilities according to the requirements of customs.

B. Regularly complete the data verification and processing of the internal actual inventory data of bonded materials and the ANNEX 24 inventory book of customs

C. Regularly organize a meeting on the review of bonded materials and customs data balances, and follow up on the implementation status of the meeting requirements.

D. Customs basic data accuracy rate

2. Customs Declaration Data prepare

A. Responsible for the preparation of import customs clearance documents, and cooperate with customs brokers to complete import procedures

B. Responsible for documents preparation of virtual transference for customers in Mexico, and cooperate with customs brokers and customers to complete the procedures of virtual export.

C. Responsible for making export declaration documents for customers outside Mexico, and cooperating with customs brokers to complete export procedures

D. Customs and all kinds of customs expenses accounting, expense budget application

3. inventory monitoring and management for bonded material

A. Regularly audit the bonded materials management at the warehouse and workshop, and ask the responsible department to improve the problems that are found in the audit.

B. Declaration and disposal of bonded waste

Qualifications:

1. More than 5 years of import and export work experience in manufacturing enterprises

2. Have experience corresponding to customs inspection at the factory site for factory inspection and inventory

3. Customs regulations (Law and Rules)

4. Bonded inventory (Annex 24) and inventory software experience.

5.  Knowleage of foreign trade,incoterms and customs operations.

6. (DODA, COVE etc and carta porte ) Knowleage of customs compliance files (DODA, COVE and carta porte )

7. Knowleage of rule 8 for specific materials.

8. Knowleage of VAT certification regulations.

9. Knowleage of data stage validation.

10. Be capable to review pedimentos.
