Profile:

• Preferred Major Area of Study: Any Stream (preferably Business Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering)
• 5 years of experience in a supply chain or Customer facing role within an FMCG environment is essential.

Activities:

• Partnership with the Commercial team to improve ordering, delivery, and replenishment in customer's processes to improve on-shelf availability, DOH and SO.
• Understand customer core processes and develops programs or solutions to achieve both business results and build customer satisfaction.
• An active intervention in any scenario at all levels in the company
• Drive collaborative planning with customers as input into the sales forecast.
• Monitors and measures internal and external indicators to effectively manage costs, service excellence and sales growth.
• Improve KPIs such as DOH, Fill rate, in stock, days on hand, forecast accuracy.
• Out of stock reduction: Forecasting and replenishment with customer to drive sales growth.
• Inventory optimization: Identify Risks and Opportunities
• Proactively reporting with commercial teams either to revert negative SO trends or maintain good performance in SO.
• Active participation in S&OP cycles.
• Participates in weekly and monthly internal meetings with Supply Chain, Commercial and Marketing to determine action plans with the different customers.
• Negotiation with Suppliers, bidding processes.
