We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Virtual Assistant with exceptional research and communication skills to support marketing and PR initiatives. This role involves extensive internet research, identifying journalists, compiling contact information, and facilitating connections for PR and marketing purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
• Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects
• Conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
• Conducting comprehensive internet research to identify relevant journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers.
• Compiling and organizing data into structured spreadsheets or CRM systems.
• Managing outreach efforts, including email communication and follow-ups, to establish connections with targeted individuals and entities.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to strategize and execute effective PR and marketing campaigns.
• Providing regular updates and progress reports to the marketing team.

Duration:

• This is a 4-6 month project with the potential for extension based on performance.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a marketing assistant
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Suite, Monday.com, Hubspot, Canva etc.)
• Exquisite communication in English and Spanish and people skills
• Willingness to work on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) schedule.
• Own a Laptop or Desktop with 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above, and Microsoft Office. Plus, a reliable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps).
