The Candidate
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our Social Media platforms across different geographies. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for building and nurturing successful brands.

The Role

As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will also oversee digital marketing initiatives to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve brand objectives and KPIs
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Manage social media campaigns from concept to execution, including content creation, posting, and performance tracking
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and product development, to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns
  • Lead influencer marketing initiatives, including identifying and collaborating with influencers, negotiating partnerships, and measuring campaign impact
  • Manage social media budgets and allocate resources effectively

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, with experience in influencer marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
