As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a skilled HR Operations Analyst to join our team and help streamline our HR processes. The Role ?? As an HR Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our HR workflows, systems, and processes. Your main objective will be to ensure that our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HRBP's, HRIS, and Payroll, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job offers, filtering CVs, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates. Help with the orientation and onboarding of new employees to ensure effective integration into the team. Participate in the management of employee data and keep personnel records up-to-date in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Support in the administration of benefits. Contribute to the implementation of human resources policies and procedures. Assist in the development and execution of training and professional development programs. Collaborate with the HR team in the collection and analysis of data for human resources reports. Handle inquiries and solve employee-related issues in a professional and confidential manner. Requirements University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational ability and attention to detail. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment. Capability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems is preferable. Desirable Requirements Experience in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools. Experience with HR process automation. Professional HR certifications
