Your Role
Sets the vision for the Region, develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision.
Evaluates market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
Analyse regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities.
Attain and exceed annual revenue and profit goals for the area of responsibility while managing within a specific expense budget.
Introduce marketing strategies to improve sales.
Prepare forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans.
Execute and coordinate all sales-related activities such as, but not limited to: marketing activities, trade show activities, communications plans, legal and regulatory affairs following the company guidelines and in agreement with the law of the land.
Recruit, hire and develop the most proven and experienced representatives within the industry
Attend customer complaints or issues raised from the customer survey responses and document their resolution.
Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors/ diploma in business or equivalent.
At least 5-8 years of experience in B2C sales, with a solid track record of developing and running a sales region or a specific customer category.
Ability to travel 50% to 75%.
Excellent customer relation skills; ability to establish credibility with employees, vendors, and customers.
Strong negotiating skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; understand, speak, read, and write in English language.
Thrives in a fast-paced, growing, constantly evolving environment.
Ability to compute numbers and calculations such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule format.
