Invoicing and Collections Specialist - Remote

Salary: $15,000 to $18,000

We will provide training focusing on different aspects of the Accountant work and below are some of the RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts over the phone
  • Reconcile monthly customer statements and credits.
  • Identify all credit risk accounts daily for collections.
  • Contact customers to follow up on account status, past due balances, and document communications.
  • Record promises to pay.
  • Understand and utilize escalation channels.
  • Identify and record bad debt and uncollectible dollars for management review.
  • Ensure statements are sent to all termed customers and delivered in the preferred method/cadence.
  • Provide invoices to customers.
  • Maintain customer contact records.
  • Identify and report non-compliant billing issues that may delay payment.


REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ of experience in a call center environment is a plus.

• Good understanding of payment options, invoicing, and collection processes

• Experience with customer relations or customer service functionalities

• Proficiency in English

• Excellent MS Office skills

• Ability to cope with deadlines

• Responsible, organized, and proactive with attention to details

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Proficiency in utilizing CRM software to effectively manage and maintain customer accounts
