LOCATION: Monterrey, Mexico

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of the Human Resources area.

Reports to: Line Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Create and develop content for training, the communication engagement process for markets or projects for the cluster.
• Manage PowerPoint, editions programs to develop videos, communication, and any need for markets.
• Track & monitor all the reports of the advance of different training for the Marketing team, Trade Marketing, and Field Force.
• Communicate information about projects and give training in case needed to market.
• Analysis of the results of training for Field Force and Learning Skills.
• Develop and lead projects based on the needs of each market.
• Maintain communication with different stakeholders to maintain a relationship with the marketing and trade marketing team.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Managing edition programs.
• Communication Strategies or Design.
• Experience working in FMCGS.
• Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.
• Experience managing communication and design programs.
• Advanced English level.
• Advanced experience in Power Point, Excel.
• Communication Skills.
• Able to work preferably 5 days a week (30 Hours).
• Have analytical skills Organizational skills, ability to prioritize.
• Highly motivated and ambitious.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong creativity.
