Responsibilities

• Propose suitable solution based on customer requirement
• Participate in project-related sessions
• Generate a work plan using appropriate human resources and efficient management of material and economic resources to comply in a timely manner.
• Certify and train technical skills and knowledge of facilities personnel
• Ensure that technical personnel have the tools and material to perform the services, managing their assignment with Facilities Management
• Management of shipments of material, devices, accessories, and tools, for technical personnel
• Advise technical staff regarding doubts regarding the correct execution of services
• Rule the resolution regarding reviews, failures, and guarantees in the field
• Support the generation of documents regarding guarantees and installations
• Negotiate guarantees with the client according to the opinions issued
• Prepare electrical diagrams according to the service solution proposed to the customer and/or advice from the technical staff
• Develop and document hardware solutions and improvements

Requirements

• Minimum schooling, university technical degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Electricity, Mechatronics, Robotics or purpose. Responsible, proactive, very active and with a good attitude
• Experience: +3 years of experience
• Own car
• Availability to travel within the Mexican Republic

• Base salary starting at $30,000 MXN depending on experience
