About the job

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to provide services with Baxter, a multinational company with 75 years of presence in the pharmaceutical industry, to work remotely in Mexico.

ACTIVITIES?

1. Vigilance over compliance with FDA requirements, international standards (ISO 9001/ISO 13485), and corporate requirements, including risk management processes.
2. Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable procedures.
3. Adherence to Environmental Management (ISO 14000) and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OSHAS 18001).
4. Assurance of execution activities according to the master remediation plan, associated quality plans, and resolution of obstacles faced by the team, leading a multifunctional team.
5. Project evaluation, including providing subject matter expertise during project evaluation and proposal phases, offering insights into team requirements and cost/time estimates.
6. Project management, encompassing specification, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and installation of projects ranging from line validations to projects utilizing existing equipment.
7. Development of new concepts/ideas as necessary for regulatory compliance.
8. Support in problem-solving, technical assistance during demonstration and engineering batches, and continuous improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

• English B2-C1 (Spoken competence, reading, and writing)
• Bachelor's degree: Information Technology, QFB (Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry), QBP (Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology), Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field in the medical industry.
• 5 years in project management and administration: Infrastructure, Networking, and/or Cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of international regulations and standards (FDA, INVIMA, ANMAT, ISC, ISO).
• Availability to work in Central Time (CST) zone.
• Certifications: SCRUM, PMI, PRINCE2 (Ideal)
