Position Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner to join our team in Mexico City. As a specialist in candidate sourcing, you will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines using platforms like “LinkedIn Recruiter” and “Phenom CRM.” Your expertise in conducting initial phone screens and implementing diversity recruitment strategies will be pivotal in attracting top-tier candidates to our organization.


Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility 

·      Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates from various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

·      LinkedIn Recruiter and Phenom CRM: Utilize the full potential of “LinkedIn Recruiter” and “Phenom CRM” to identify and engage with potential candidates. Leverage advanced search techniques to find the best-fit talent.

·      Candidate Pipelines: Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Continuously nurture relationships with potential candidates.

·      Initial Phone Screens: Conduct thorough and insightful initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.

·      Diversity Recruitment: Implement diversity recruitment initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates and foster an inclusive work environment.

·      Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, set expectations, and provide updates on the sourcing progress.

·      Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and talent market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.

·      Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze sourcing metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.


Minimum Requirements: Skills, Experience, Education, Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Certifications, Language


Skills and Abilities:

·      2+ years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner or similar role, with a focus on sourcing and diversity recruitment

·      2+ years' expertise in using “LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and engagement

·      2+ years' experience of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and other advanced search methods

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively conduct phone screens and engage with candidates

·      Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment, with a track record of implementing diversity-focused initiatives

·      Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously

·      Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools


Education:

·      Bachelor's degree or 6+ Years working experience with 2+ of those years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner or similar role, with a focus on sourcing and diversity recruitment


Language

·      Fluency in both English and Spanish
