Accounting Coordinator

Education: Accounting bachelor's degree required. 

Experience: in role 3 or 4 years growing Financial Activities

English: Business conversation 

Knowledge: Required: Financial Reporting Standards, Advance General Accounting, General Ledger management, Financial Analysis, reporting

?Objective

Generate proper and reliable accounting information on timely basis 

Core Functions

- Accounting process for month end preparation

-Report and Analysis of Operating Expenses

- BS reconciliations review

-Cash accounting review

-Fixed Assets review

-Payroll Accounting review

-AR & AP accounting review

- Processing of Journal entries in month end

- Assist to prepare Budget

-Support on external and internal audits processes

-GL maintenance for new projects

-Ensure intercompany balances are reconciled

-Follow up aged items (AR & AP)

Skills and competencies:

Organized, self-directed, attentive to details, pressure and problem management, numerical analysis, effective communication.  

Microsoft Excel advanced.
