Requisitos del puesto

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's in Business Administration/International Business, International Commerce, or any of related fields.
• Required skill(s): logistics operations, excellent interpersonal skills, fast learner, analytical, organized, strong problem-solving skills and proficient in excel.
• 100% proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsabilidades del puesto

• Monitoring & following up with shipments and ensuring receipt of shipping documents.
• Arranging transportation, customs clearance and warehousing based on shipment orders.
• Drafting clear, information heavy emails to be in constant communication with customers and vendors.
• Responsible for housekeeping tasks such as data entry, document organization and filing.

• Regular hours: 8 to 5 Mondays – Fridays (Nov – Mar)

• Regular hours: 7 to 4 Mondays – Fridays (Mar – Nov)
