Job Description
We are looking for a HR Specialist - Personnel Administration
Main activities are:
Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws, including reporting requirements.
Assists in labor relations activities as assigned.
Processes associate transactions in the HR Systems.
Give support to the organization's benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.)
Advise associates on state and federal employment regulations, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures and other programs.
Provide customer and personnel services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with outside vendors, such as investment brokers and benefits vendors
Qualifications
Qualifications
If you have between 3 - 5 years of experience as Benefits or Personnel Administration Analyst and are able to manage complex situations, good with numbers, analytically inclined, detail-oriented, have strong ethics and discretion, join us!
